If you are unsure where to start, book an Initial Acupuncture Consultation.
During this appointment, your practitioner will assess your condition and may use acupuncture and other supporting therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion where appropriate.
If you specifically want cupping or gua sha, please book the ‘Initial Cupping + Gua Sha’ appointment type.
Please note: this appointment type does not include needling. -
Acupuncture needles are extremely thin - often compared to a strand of hair. Most people will feel a brief mild sensation such as a dull ache, warmth, mild tingling or nothing at all.
They are nothing to be compared to an injection needle. -
Yes. Most private health funds offer rebates for Acupuncture when performed by a registered practitioner.
Please Note: Cupping + Gua Sha sessions are not eligible for private health rebates.
